Touch for Health Kinesiology uses gentle muscle response feedback to identify imbalances in the body’s energy system. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and influenced by Chiropractic and Applied Kinesiology, it works with the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance itself.
Touch for Health looks at the whole person- physical, emotional and energetic- helping to restore a sense of ease and vitality from inside out.

What to expect in a session.
A Touch for Health session is a calm, clothed and deeply relaxing experience. We begin with a conversation about what’s going on for you- physically, emotionally, and in your life more broadly.
Using gentle muscle response feedback, I assess how energy is flowing through the body, identifying areas where there maybe stress or imbalance. From there I use various techniques to encourage the body back into balance.
Sessions typically last around 60 minutes and most people leave feeling noticeably lighter, clearer and more at ease. Some changes are felt immediately; others unfold in the days that follow.
